You've been invited to take a walk and help STOP ovarian cancer in its tracks by joining the CATA WIT Forum team in the NOCA (National Ovarian Cancer Association) Walk of Hope.

The NOCA Walk of Hope will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2006 at Vincent Massey Park, in Ottawa Ontario. This volunteer driven event is designed to encourage communities to come together to remember, celebrate and support those who have been touched by ovarian cancer.

The monies raised through this year's Walk will help fund the programs and activities of the National Ovarian Cancer Association.

The Ottawa CATA WIT Forum is proud to support local fund raising initiatives such as the NOCA Walk of Hope and contribute directly to the Maria de la Torre Fund established in memory of our dear friend Maria. All CATA WIT money raised in support of NOCA will be directed to this specific fund designed to further raise awareness and support of this disease.
