Melissa McCrae
Associate Director, Business Career Management Centre, Simon Fraser University

Melissa McCrae is Associate Director of the SFU Business Career Management Centre, where she works with students from the Management of Technology MBA Program, and is a Human Resource Management (HRM) Instructor. Melissa is currently working on her PhD (HRM) at SFU, specializing in Generational Differences in Conceptions of Work-Life Balance. Before beginning her PhD, she worked for Blast Radius in Client Services, managing proposals, conducting prospect research and sales forecasting. She was also with Nortel Networks, managing Intellectual Property Employee Education programs. She has an MBA (Management Organization Studies and Marketing) and GDBA from SFU and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queens University.
