Barbara Orser - M.B.A., PhD, Canada Works Inc. and Telfer School of Management Barbara Orser is the President and Founder of Canada Works Inc. and the Deloitte Professor in the Management of Growth Enterprises at the University of Ottawa Telfer School of Management. Barbara has written extensively about the issues facing women entrepreneurs. She also conducts research about enterprise growth, entrepreneurial decision-making, the internationalization of SMEs, small business policy, and finance. She is the author of two books on small business finance, and primary investigator of numerous large-scale studies about small firm growth, gender and management practices.
