Effective team leadership leads to a high performing team. Whether your team is four people or an entire organization - the same rules can apply. The first session in this series will be a highly-interactive discussion led by Ruth Gmehlin & Jill Geddes, co-founders of Trillium Teams Inc, Certified Professional Behavioural Analysts and Facilitators. The purpose of this session is for you to be able to return to work with new perspectives and ideas that will positively impact your team and help create a more productive work environment. Jill and Ruth will share best practices from their work with many of Ottawa's top organizations, on how effective leadership has led to creating productive and motivated teams. Through real life examples and sharing your own experiences, you will build a greater awareness about your own unique strengths and leadership style. You will leave this session with a new perspective on team leadership and a personal action item.
