BIO - Ruth Gmehlin and Jill Geddes

Ruth Gmehlin and Jill Geddes established Trillium Teams Inc in 2005, a company dedicated to helping organizations build high performing teams. Both Jill and Ruth are Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF), Behavioural Analysts (CPBA), and Values Analysts (CPVA). Together they bring with them over 28 years of combined experience working with some of Ottawa's most successful high-tech companies, such as Cognos, Corel, Mitel, Espial, as well as many government clients and national associations.

Trillium Teams is an innovative leader in the development and delivery of practical workshops to meet the needs of their clients. Regardless of which product you choose their expertise is facilitating results with a team building element. With a focus on real discussion and accountability, they assist organizations of all sizes to develop and strengthen their employees.
