Mallé Jurima-Romet, Directrice Senior, Programmes de développement de médicaments chez MDS PharmaServices, partagera son expérience avec nous.

Son doctorat en pharmacologie complété, Mallé est devenue chercheure aux laboratoires de Sante Canada a Ottawa pour une dizaine d'années. Elle est venue a Montréal chez MDS Pharma Services en 1999 en tant que directrice du laboratoire, et ensuite conseillère/chargée de projet pour des programmes de développement de nouveaux médicaments. Elle travaille maintenant en tant que Directrice senior, développement de médicaments, a la maison qu'elle partage avec son mari, son fils et son chat. Mallé consacre ses loisirs la peinture, la danse sociale et a l'ikebana.

Please join us in celebrating a successful first year of operations on May 29th in a lovely private Baie d'Urfé residence overlooking Lac St-Louis, while gathering inspiration from another woman's unique career path in the Biopharma technology sector.

Mallé Jurima-Romet, Senior Director, prescription development programs at MDS PharmaServices, will share her career experience with us.

After completing a doctorate in pharmacology, Mallé Jurima-Romet worked as a research scientist in the government laboratories of Health Canada, in Ottawa, for 10 years. She relocated to Montreal in 1999 to join MDS Pharma Services (former Phoenix International) where she was a lab manager for several years before transitioning into a role of consultant/project leader for drug development programs. Currently, as Senior Director, Drug Development, Mallé works from her home office in Hudson, where she lives with her husband, teenage son, and Himalayan cat. Mallé is also an accomplished painter, ikebana artist and ballroom dancer.

You will have the opportunity to meet Mrs. Jurima-Romet, and ask her questions. You will then be able to get some perspective of how you can integrate this into your career management strategy during the reflection period facilitated by Marie-Ange Bourdon of Bourdon and Associates Executive search.
