Seeking Nominations for Tech Women for The Leadership Forum at University of Ottawa EMBA
June 23, 2008

The CATA Women in Technology (WIT) Forum is looking for nominations of five women who will take part in The Leadership Forum, a prestigious program of the University of Ottawa EMBA designed to hone the skills of next generation Ottawa area chief executive officers.

The Leadership Forum is a series of seminars held over a two-year period (2008/2009) where seasoned and successful business leaders help executives prepare for business leadership. Led by the region's highly respected and accomplished business leaders, the interactive sessions of The Leadership Forum will explore complex business issues from diverse and yet complementary perspectives. The first session of the Leadership Forum is September 24, 2008 http://www.emba.uottawa.ca/news/leadership.html

A committee made up of the corporate sponsors will screen all the applications and accept the individuals into the Forum. The sponsors are CATAAlliance, Cognos/IBM, Minto Corp, Ottawa Business Journal, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and Scotiabank.

The CATA WIT Forum selection committee welcomes your nominations of Ottawa's top women in technology to engage in The Leadership Forum. Candidates will be mid-career executives and officers of their company.

We thank the generosity of the University of Ottawa, for making this unique professional development opportunity to the women in technology community in Ottawa.

Regards,
Ella Marr
