The CanWIT eMentorship program is ready for your participation!
Sign-up today if you are looking for mentorship from experienced professionals in technology, or, if you are that experienced professional and ready to give back.
The CanWITeMentorship program is anchored in a collaborative platform. The social Mentoring system combines one-to-one, groups and situational mentoring into one program for seamless knowledge-sharing that transcends location, occupation, and generation. The system utilizes compelling media types (video blogs, micro blogs and federated search) to design and deliver an interactive, operations-based mentoring program. The program is measurable, affording solid data around usage, performance, engagement and success based on predefined metrics.
