Our Vision

Our vision is to be Canada's premier "go to" forum that is committed to the advancement of women in technology, under the CATAAlliance innovation umbrella.

What does it take to be a female entrepreneurial leader?

CanWIT provides strategies to identify entrepreneurial opportunities, leverage skills and talents and manage enterprise growth through a variety of technology-based firms.

e-Mentorship

CanWIT offers Mentorship services in various formats and each chapter hosts their own local programs. Programs can be in the form of a Circle of Wisdom, of Peer-to-Peer, a Master Mind series or via Ask the Expert teleforums. Please consult each chapter section or our calendar of events to see what is offered in your area.

Our national eMentorship program has been launched as a forum where women in technology can seek mentorship from experienced professionals to help them foster their specific career development needs. This on-line program facilitates the match to mentors and provides a place for mentors and mentees to connect on-line at anytime. You can sign-up as a mentor or mentee at: http://canwit.workingrooms.com/

For additional information about our Mentorship programs and activities you can also contact us at ementorshipcanwit@gmail.com.
